Welcome

I’m Mireya

I am so glad you’re here! I’m a stay at home momma of 3 and I am currently homeschooling 2 of my kids while my toddler runs around creating chaos. I am a certified health coach through IIN, so wellness is my jam. I believe movement, whole foods, and time spent outside are the three biggest aspects in creating a home that is well!

I am here to help you find a way to incorporate wellness into your life, whether that is through a new daily routine, healthier from scratch(ish) recipes, or becoming more mindful of the things you bring into your home. I am also here to provide you with encouragement and a good dose of realistic motherhood, as I most definitely do not have it all figured out, but I think we can work on figuring it out together!

ALSO, my family and I just moved across the country, from California to Kentucky, and are now living in a fixer upper farmhouse that needs lots of love. Stay tuned for all things DIY!

Where it all began

My first baby was VERY difficult to nurse. In fact, she was so inconsistent with nursing that I got mastitis nearly every other week for months. (insert crying face here). I often wondered what I was doing wrong or what I could be eating that might hurt her tummy, which sent me on a long journey as to what true wellness was.

Looking back after having two more babies, I realize that my first really just wanted her mommy and the comfort of nursing more often than not, so she would eat too much and get tummy aches. While I now know I was never doing anything wrong, I am so grateful for the time I spent researching wellness because I learned so much and I wouldn’t be where I am today without having had that difficult time.

If you are going through a difficult time in your motherhood, just remember that hard times help us to grow into who we are meant to be AND every hard season will pass. It will more than likely pass before you even realize it has! So take heart mom, and know you are not alone. Welcome to your journey! I am here to help.
